Tailor-made lessons let you discover the secrets of freestyle in complete confidence, thanks to a technical and didactic approach that allows you to pass easily over a slide bar, a picnic table, an S or a rainbow, or even fly over a gondola with a variation of ever-higher jumps.
Private lessons from 75 min. or afternoons from 13:30 to 16:00
A la carte courses at weekends, booked in advance by the half-day.
Optional ESS COURS PROTECT insurance.

FREESTYLE CLASSES
from beginner to advanced
Our freestyle experts know where to find the coolest obstacles in the ski area without having to push themselves mentally and physically, because this discipline requires know-how as well as impeccable interpersonal skills.
For freestyle beginners and children alike, small rails and moguls are available at our school thanks to our collaboration with the RMGZ. This area, downstream from the Grimentz snowpark, is the first playground for freestyle enthusiasts, enabling students and everyone else to enjoy their first experiences in the air.
For the more advanced and adventurous, the aim is to learn how to tackle bigger jumps, and for this we offer supervision courses to guarantee safety and an adaptive approach to each individual's level.
N.B. Freestyle courses are aimed at advanced skiers and snowboarders who already feel confident in their movements on all types of terrain.

on Grimentz's side
in Bendolla at the meeting point opposite the high-altitude restaurant
and on Zinal's side
at Sorebois in front of the ESS hut.

Freeride courses from beginner to advanced (1 to 4 people)
are an excellent way of progressing safely in high snow.
Individualized technical and teaching advice, and discovery of new slopes in the Grimentz/Zinal ski area.

COMPETITION
Discover new movements, occupy space differently, taking into account multi-dimensional factors such as tempo, terrain and speed at each edge change. from 150 min.
