Our work is carried out with passion and pleasure and under no circumstances do we discuss the price of the courses displayed.
The services validated by your payment are valid only for the dates and times shown on the confirmations sent by e-mail from the ESS Grimentz-Zinal address.
The price of the course does not include the lift pass or equipment.
A lesson cannot be refunded, compensated or exchanged if the customer is absent or late for the start of the lesson.
Lessons take place in all weathers. Weather conditions are not a reason for cancellation or postponement, as long as the activity is provided by ESS Grimentz-Zinal. No refund, course replacement or compensation is payable.
All services offered by the Grimentz-Zinal Swiss Ski School ( ESS Grimentz-Zinal )
and the sale of courses directly or via our platform are governed by our general terms and conditions.
