As far as your know-how is concerned, we'll give you all the information you need about the right equipment and materials, as well as about proper conduct and biomechanical principles, and how to position yourself according to the type of sliding gear you're using, so as to transmit the maximum amount of energy effortlessly and without a moment's survival.

And, as far as your interpersonal skills are concerned, you'll need to be willing to question yourself, to accept going back to the basics of learning, i.e., returning to beginner level, with the desire to open up to a new form of sliding, and all this topped off with a good dose of humility.
